To get verified, go to your profile page and click on "Get Verified". You'll need to provide proof of tenancy, such as a lease agreement or rent receipt. Our team will review your documents and verify your account within 1-2 business days.

Are reviews anonymous?

Yes, reviews can be posted anonymously. While you need an account to post reviews, you can choose whether to display your name or remain anonymous when posting a review.

How do I report incorrect information?

If you notice incorrect information about a property or landlord, click the "Did we get it wrong?" button on the property page. Fill out the form with the correct information, and our team will review and update the information after verification.

How are ratings calculated?

Overall ratings are calculated as an average of all verified reviews. The rating takes into account various factors including responsiveness, maintenance, property condition, and more.

Can landlords respond to reviews?

Yes, verified landlords can respond to reviews of their properties. This helps maintain a balanced perspective and allows landlords to address any concerns raised in reviews.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to your profile settings and select "Delete Account". Note that this action is permanent and will remove all your reviews and personal information from our platform.

What happens to my reviews if I delete my account?

If you delete your account, your reviews will remain on the platform but will be marked as anonymous. If you want to remove your reviews before deleting your account, you'll need to delete them inarticleidually.
